Why it's important+
As organisations strive for growth and progress, there remains a noticeable imbalance in female representation among leaders driving change and transformation efforts. However, research suggests that women excel in 84% of key leadership skills.
Our ambition:+
In response to this gender imbalance, Sullivan & Stanley has established the Women in Transformation community to redress this imbalance and empower women to achieve their full potential. We’re setting out to create and galvanise a world-class group of female change-makers.
